Rob Weddepohl has over 24 years of experience in general management, channel development, and strategic leadership across Europe, the Americas, and Australia, specialising in enhancing operational efficiency and business growth in services oriented businesses.

Before founding Lassio Australia, Rob worked for NTT Global most recently as Senior Director of Global Managed Services where his passion for service oriented architectures, automation and cloud based managed services started taking shape. Rob is not new to starting new small businesses, having setup the Dimension Data Mexico entity, increasing revenues from $1M to $20M USD and growing the local team from 1 to over 40 professionals.

Rob holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Town, has ITIL and SAFE certifications and is currently enrolled in the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stefan has a blend of strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. His deep understanding of technology allows him to craft systems that are innovative and reliable, focusing on making complex processes simpler and more efficient.

Stefan's focus at Lassio is building a reliable intelligent automation management platform that is capable of delivering solutions using cutting edge technology today, while being able to scale and adapt into the future. His balance of technical acumen and personal connectivity makes Stefan particularly effective in his role as CTO.

Stefan has a strong background in software engineering and financial markets. He holds a Bachelors of Science (Hons) in Electrical Engineering.

Megan is a founding member of Lassio’s advisory board with proven track record of delivering value and achieving outcomes as a senior transformation leader and finance professional. Megan has over 20 years in the industry sectors of Non-Bank Lending, Insurance, Investment Banking, Government and Big 4 Consulting.

Megan excels in rapidly understanding a business and the industry’s complexity to apply critical thinking and problem-solving expertise to translate insights into a compelling strategy to drive business performance essential to realise business potential.

Megan has a Bachelor Degree in Economics, a Masters of Taxation Law, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Blair is a digital transformation specialist with over 17 years of experience in organisational change, business analysis and workflow optimisation. Blair helps organisations improve business results by simplifying and automating processes and systems and getting teams up to speed as quickly as possible.
Blair's expertise is particularly strong in process mapping, optimising operations through automation and artificial intelligence, and data mapping for system integration.

Blair has experience across a diverse range of sectors, including financial services, government, healthcare, energy, mining, telecommunications, care, education and IT.

Blair is a Certified Design Sprint Facilitator and has Certification 3 levels in project management.

Robbie brings over two decades of experience in business management, accounting, and administration, with a specialized focus on SMEs in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. His expertise encompasses managing comprehensive accounting systems and streamlining business workflows. Robbie is particularly passionate about leveraging off-the-shelf SaaS technologies and cutting-edge Gen-AI solutions to optimize operations for small to medium-sized businesses.

Robbie has been working closely with Lassio since they opened their doors to the market and find their intelligent automation services so relevant for any business looking to find ways to scale and accelerate their productivity whilst maintaining a consistent operating expenditure.
