Lassio was founded in 2019 by a small group of professionals seeking a better way to digitally transform organisations. It all started with helping people by automating repetitive and manual work, freeing them up to focus on solving problems, caring for clients and innovating.

Process automation and integration tools on its own is insufficient in making the needed step change for many clients who wanted us to look at their entire business workflow. Lassio listened, and have since invested in developing cutting edge, AI powered front-end tools like intelligent document processing (IDP), employee engagement and web portals, as well as personalised AI solutions for specialist profile use cases.

Today, Lassio proactively manages several end to end automated business workflows for our clients, involving over 150 digital worker tasks running each day and we are just starting to implement and support AI Agents, leveraging our AIM platform and experience in managing digital workers.
